Family Choice Home Care, established in 2008, is a locally owned personal care agency which serves the greater bluegrass area and all surrounding counties. We are NOT a franchise so we can individually serve each client in any area.

Our Story
Sybil and Linda collectively have over 58 years of clinical experience working with the elderly and disabled populations via home health, rehabilitation & skilled nursing, hospital/acute care, and long term care settings.
